The WBC Foundation was pleased to award a full scholarship to a Phelps ACE High School student to attend the Penn State Architectural Engineering Camp in June at the Penn State University Park Campus.

Jalen Garrett spent the week working in AE labs and studios creating projects and testing materials, taking tours of PSU buildings and learning from AE faculty and graduate students. He also had the unique opportunity to experience Penn State college life by staying in a dorm, eating at dining halls and spending evenings doing fun local activities.

The Foundation plans to continue collaborating with the Penn State Architectural Engineering Camp and our local high school students next year and beyond.
