Juliane Medd, Project Development at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., was named a 40 Under 40 honoree for 2024 by the Washington Business Journal.
In its annual recognition of area young professionals making an impact on the DMV region, the Washington Business Journal selects 40 individuals who represent leading industries and are helping shape the Washington, D.C. community, economy and workforce. Honorees were selected by the Washington Business Journal from a pool of hundreds of highly accomplished business and nonprofit leaders who are under the age of 40 from around the region.
“Juliane’s passion, tenacity and enthusiasm for her work is unmatched, and this recognition by the Washington Business Journal is well-deserved,” said Matthew Consigli, President of Consigli Construction, Co. Inc. “She is an integral member of the Consigli team, who is always willing to go the extra mile, and we are grateful for the invaluable growth and development efforts she has helped lead throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.”
Medd joined Consigli in 2021 and has nearly two decades of experience in the Maryland, D.C. and Virginia markets. She currently leads Project Development for Consigli’s Mid-Atlantic office and has helped secure new work awarded to Consigli with high-profile clients in the federal government, higher education, hospitality, cultural institutions and more.
She is an active member of the DMV community and dedicates her time and resources to a number of charitable organizations, as well as to community engagement, and workforce and youth development efforts. Medd is on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) DC, the Washington Building Congress, and previously served on Board of Directors for the DC Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) and the American Subcontractors Association (ASA).
