Felix works as a member of the team to advise public and private companies, investors and shareholders on the sale and acquisition of government contractors, guiding clients through the network of complex regulatory compliance rules and regulations.
In his corporate law practice, Felix represents corporate and private equity clients in major transactions, commercial agreements, general counseling, and securities matters, providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, technology transactions, joint ventures, venture capital and debt financings, and recapitalizations. They’re excited to welcome Felix to their accomplished Federal Government Contracts team.
