Third year on the board and VRF Regional Sales Manager – Mid-Atlantic & New England for Carrier, Melissa Nelson joined WBC to connect with the full gamut of construction stakeholders in the Washington, DC region. She describes the WBC as, “Construction’s Intelligent Network.” Her biggest accomplishment was contributing to the organization and execution of the Women’s panel event.

She recommends attending the Data Center Panel event at the Sheraton in Tysons. “Fantastic overview of the industry, terminology and direction in which they are going.”

Melissa has two sons, one studying music production and the other looking forward to attending a graphic animation college in Hollywood next fall. She enjoys hiking and Pilates, but not at the same time.
