The Washington D.C. Office of Lend Lease, is pleased to announce the strategic hire of Brian Ufko as Senior Cost Planner.
Brian brings to Lend Lease, over 15 years of construction experience in the Washington DC metro area. He has held roles ranging from Project Manager to Cost Planner. In Brian’s role as Senior Cost Planner he will be responsible for building relationships with subcontractors, performing preconstruction budgeting and estimating activities.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania. His professional affiliations include the Associated Builders & Contractors Virginia Management Education Committee and the Society of American Military Engineers.
