The Foulger-Pratt Companies has named Steve Jennings as its new Corporate Controller responsible for corporate accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions. ‘Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in the financial aspects of commercial real estate and will be a great addition to the leadership team’ said Bryant Foulger, Managing Principal.

Mr. Jennings is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has degrees in Accounting and Information Systems Management. He also has a Master’s degree in Finance from Loyola College, and has earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  For the past eighteen years, Mr. Jennings has been with Black Oak Associates, a local real estate investment, development, and management company with a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million square feet.
