Mr. Kovars is a co-chair of the Construction Group in the firm’s Baltimore office. An experienced civil litigator, he concentrates his practice in construction and public contracts law. He represents contractors, subcontractors, sureties and owners in contract formation and construction disputes involving many types of construction projects, including hospitals, schools, telecom, process plants, power plants, multifamily housing projects, commercial buildings, highway and bridge construction and site development.
Mr. Wolf is Chair of Ober|Kaler and a principal in the Construction Group in the Baltimore office. He has nearly four decades of experience in construction law and represents clients in domestic and international power, industrial, economic development, public works and commercial projects.
Ms. Werther is a principal in the Construction Group in the Washington, DC office and has more than thirty years of experience in construction and government contracts law. She is co-founder of the Women in Construction Conference, a program held annually in Washington DC since 2006, and featuring the most well-respected women in construction as panelists. She is one of only 15 women named in the The International Who's Who of Construction Lawyers.
