In addition to being recognized as a CBE, ASM has also been certified as a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) as well as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
This is good news for both the firm and our clients as DC regulations require all developers with development projects funded by (or in-part by) DC Government subsidies to subcontract at least 35% of the project’s budget to CBE’s which include CBE law firms.
