Arlington, VA — On Wednesday, November 19th, SIGAL Construction Corporation celebrated the Topping Out of 14th & Corcoran located at 1617 14th Street NW. The new 37,000 SF mixed-use building in the Logan/Dupont neighborhood of Washington, DC has an expected completion of July 2015.

Designed by Hickok Cole Architects, the 35 unit, 7 story building will include luxury two-story penthouse units with extended balconies and private terraces as well as a mechanical penthouse. Fifteen parking spaces, storage and bike racks will be located below grade. The residential units will be located on floors 2-7 and the ground floor will be reserved for 4,000 SF of retail and office space.
