Davis Construction Corporation (DAVIS) announces 48 promotions, including new Construction Executives and Directors. Many veteran employees will take on new strategic roles, further strengthening the company’s operations depth.
With over 100 years of combined construction experience, Rick Ager, Dennis Lewis, and Mike Welch were each named Construction Executive. Responsible for multiple large-scale projects, Construction Executives provide direct, expert leadership to Field Management Staff and ensure successful completion of projects. Bill Moyer, Executive Vice President, said, “Our Construction Executives allow for corporate involvement from the field, which is a huge value to our project teams, but also benefits the client by allowing greater accessibility throughout the construction process.”
Four former Project Executives were named Directors: Greg Ghent, Joel Miller, David Purdy, and TJ Sterba. As market sector leaders, they are responsible for the strategic development of business plans and corporate initiatives. In addition to being actively involved throughout the entire construction process, from project procurement to completion, Directors streamline the engagement of corporate resources during all phases of a project.
