Rockville, MD – Warner Construction Consultants, Inc., has announced the promotion of Anthony ‘Tony’ Manning to Partner/Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for managing and directing the company and its divisions. 
‘Since joining the company, Tony has proven himself to be an outstanding and enthusiastic manager. He has made us a better firm,’ said Mr. Tony Warner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Consultants.’ Mr. Manning joined the company in 2009 as a consultant, bringing with him considerable experience and expertise to the management of Warner and to the delivery of services to Warner clients. Also from Mr. Warner – ‘It is an important moment not only for Tony, but also for Warner.’
Mr. Manning is a construction industry professional with over 38 years of experience providing general contracting, construction management, real estate development, claims consulting and management advisory consulting services. Mr. Manning earned a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse Unversity in civil engineering. He is a member of AGC, DCBIA, and WBC.
