Rockville, MD – Insurance Associates, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, is proud to announce our latest promotion: Tracy Kenestrick, to Client Service Manager.
In her new role, Tracy will be working with our Client Service Advisor team to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the highest level of customer service. She will be responsible for developing and streamlining current processes and procedures to ensure work flows are as efficient as possible and she will also help create a more cohesive and collaborative environment for our Client Service Team. We are very excited for Tracy to take on this new role.

Tracy joined Insurance Associates in 2014 but has worked in the insurance industry for over forty years in many different capacities. Tracy works closely with our clients, insurance companies and vendors to ensure that the employee benefit plans run smoothly and effectively.
