His duties include overseeing GHT’s delivery of high quality services from start to finish. As a key component of the company’s succession plan, Patrick assumes the role of President after serving as Senior Principal for the last seven years and Studio Leader for GHT’s thriving Interiors division. As President, Patrick will lead the daily internal and external operations of the company, including Project Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing and Information Technology. Patrick Kunze transitions into the role of President from Paul O’Brien, PE, LEED AP ID+C, who served as the firm’s President since 2000. GHT Limited has been consistently recognized as a Top 100 MEP Giant nationwide, as well as a Top 20 local engineering firm by the Washington Business Journal, and is currently celebrating its 55th year in business.
