Bethesda, MD – Donohoe Construction Company is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Ken Frank to the position of Vice President. In his new role, Ken will be supporting all operations staff through estimating, scheduling, and site logistics.

Since joining the company in 2014, Ken has worked on notable projects including The Clifton, Glover House, and Insignia on M.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from University of Phoenix. He is LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction certified by the Green Building Certification Institute and he is an Accredited Project Management Professional.

 

Ted Oberst to the position of Project Executive. As Project Executive, Ted is now involved with every facet of the projects to which he is assigned, from contract negotiations to closeout. He is responsible for overseeing all operations conducted by his project teams.

Ted first joined the company in 2001 in the Specialty construction division. He moved over to work in the large construction division in 2005, where he has worked on notable projects including Gallery Bethesda II, Flats 8300, and Camden South Capitol.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, an associates degree in applied science from Alfred State, SUNY College of Technology. He is LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.

 

Lance Wolin to the position of Senior Vice President. In his new role, Lance will be working closely with the estimating and preconstruction teams to provide the Operations input into planning, site logistics, General Construction costs, phasing, scheduling, and scope coordination.

Lance has been with Donohoe Construction for 14 years. He has worked on several notable projects, including The Wharf – Parcel 5 Hotels, Gallery Bethesda II, VITA Tysons, and Capitol View on 14th. Lance is responsible for organizing several community service events, including the barn refurbishment project at Madison Fields. He is a board member at Rebuilding Together Montgomery County and a Leadership Montgomery CORE Graduate, Class of 2019.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and is LEED Accredited Professional Building Design + Construction certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.
