Washington, DC – NHP selects WCS Construction, LLC for the renovation of Takoma Place Apartments in the Brightwood neighborhood of Washington, DC.

Designed by Studio K Architecture, the 106-unit project includes significant upgrades with new kitchens, bathrooms, energy upgrades, windows, appliances, HVAC, new plumbing and electrical, as well as a new community center.

The project has a targeted completion date of February, 2020.
