Bethesda, MD – One Light Street, Donohoe Construction’s twenty-eight story tower in downtown Baltimore, MD, celebrated its grand opening on Wednesday June 12 with a celebration hosted by Madison Marquette at the rooftop amenity space of the building.
“The One Light Street Tower has been decades in the making,” said Madison Marquette Chairman, Amer Hammour. Donohoe Construction broke ground on the project in January of 2017 and topped out in May of 2018.
The tower includes 9 floors of office space and 10 floors of luxury apartments with 280 units. The building also contains ground level retail space and 646 parking spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop infinity pool, clubroom, and dog run. The building was designed by AECOM to achieve LEED Silver certification.
