Steve joins Foulger-Pratt Contracting with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is active in several local industry associations including board-level positions at the Associated General Contractors, Associated Building Contractors, and Washington Building Congress. Steve graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
