Designed by KTGY Architects the 5 story 518,409 gross square foot brick, natural stone, metal panel and siding mixed-use building located at the “Gateway to Falls Church” intersection of South Maple Avenue and Washington Street, will not only provide housing, a grocery story and other retail but will include a 3 level 521 space below grade parking garage.
The Reserve at Tinner Hill is an upscale 224 luxury apartment development in the heart of Falls Church and also includes 51,311 square feet of retail space. The Fresh Market specialty grocery store will absorb 26,649 square feet anchoring the retail component of the project. A retail mix of restaurants and services are to offer residents additional conveniences and new dining opportunities.
LEED Silver level certification is targeted with a projected completion date of April, 2016.
