Partner of Holland & Knight LLP, Gregory Koger’s practice focuses on construction law and government (public) contracts. As a board member for the past four years, Gregory describes WBC as “one of the best decisions I’ve made over the course of my career.” While each committee presented unique issues and opportunities designed to move the organization forward, he took most pride in attracting and retaining members with the membership committee.

Married with two daughters, Greg says the biggest wildcard in his family is his chocolate lab. “Every day is an adventure with our dog.”

Favorite WBC Event: Annual Spring Event

Fun Fact: “Members might be surprised to hear that I was a member of the U.S. Capitol Police prior to attending law school.”

Favorite Travel Spot: Napa Valley and hopping on his bike for some extended rides on the weekends.

Favorite Tool:  A hammer. “While fairly straight forward in design and purpose, it’s functionality and importance cannot be taken for granted.”

Favorite Restaurant: Rasika West End in NW Washington, DC.
