Bethesda, MD – Donohoe Construction’s mixed-use project 555 E Street celebrated its topping out on Friday, April 26 with a catered luncheon and music.
Designed by FXCollaborative Architects, the twelve-story building includes a new Citizen M hotel, market rate apartments, and senior affordable housing. The building will feature a shared parking garage, a fitness studio, rooftop pool, and other shared amenities.
The project is being developed by Dutch Hospitality Company CitizenM, City Partners LLC, and Potomac Investment Properties. Expected delivery is in early 2020.
