Washington, DC – Asmar, Schor & McKenna, PLLC (ASM) is pleased to announce that Christopher Taggi has been appointed as the new Managing Member of the Firm effective January 1, 2017. He succeeds Susan L. Schor, Esq. who served as Managing Member since the Firm’s opening in 2010. The Firm greatly appreciates Susan’s 7 years of dedication as the Firm’s Managing Member. Mr. Taggi will continue to lead the Firm’s litigation practice and representation of nationally-known home builders, general contractors, commercial owners and developers in all phases of their operations, from contract drafting, to risk management, to litigation and dispute resolution.
ASM is also pleased to announce that David Edelstein has been named a Partner in the Firm. Mr. Edelstein joined the Firm in 2010 and has been a rising star in the Firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups. He has extensive experience resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution and through litigation in state and federal courts and the Federal Boards of Contract Appeals. And will continue to concentrate his practice in these areas. Mr. Edelstein is a 2007 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and a 2004 graduate of Northwestern University.
