Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has welcomed Andres Alvarez as a Project Executive in the Washington, D.C. office. In this role, Alvarez will expand and oversee commercial and hospitality work in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Alvarez is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of proven experience in the local construction industry and project management. He has successfully led complex, challenging projects of various sizes and scopes across the Mid-Atlantic region with a demonstrated track record of success in multi-family housing construction.

Alvarez is a member of the Washington Building Congress and the Metro Washington and Northern Virginia Chapters of the Associated Builders and Contractors. A longtime resident of the DMV, Alvarez lives in Maryland with his family. He is an active member of his community, and coaches youth soccer and baseball.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and his associate degree in construction management from Montgomery College.
