Chad Harris
Assistant Director of Safety Management
Chad Harris is the Assistant Director of Safety Management for CRS. Chad works directly with CRS clients’ executive and project management teams on evaluating, understanding and controlling exposures and identifying injury management opportunities that can be incorporated into an organization’s safety management programs. He effectively utilizes his construction and insurance experience to provide CRS clients with a broad spectrum of industry proven results.
Michael Goode, CPCU, ARM
Senior Client Manager
Michael Goode is a Senior Client Manager for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC. Mike oversees the services provided to CRS clients, including risk assessments, which involve exposure identification and coverage analysis. He also reviews various CRS client contracts for risk transfer adequacy, and he develops and implements insurance programs. Mike has over 30+ years experience in the insurance industry with a primary focus on construction accounts.
Mandi Carey
Staff Accountant
Mandi Carey is the Staff Accountant for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC. Her primary responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial reports, performing general ledger duties and accounts receivable/accounts payable functions.
Lori Jackson
Underwriting Technical Assistant
Lori Jackson is the Underwriting Technical Assistant for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC. Lori’s responsibilities include assisting clients with policy changes, certificate questions, policy reviews and renewal processing. She works closely with the Senior Client Managers and Marketers to provide quality service to CRS clients. Lori has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Brian Ourand
Certificates Administrator
Brian Ourand is the Certificates Administrator for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC. His primary responsibilities involve the accurate completion and timely distribution of all insurance certificates processed for CRS clients. Brian has been employed in a client service role since 2007.
Paul J. Connelly
Senior Claims Specialist
Paul Connelly is a Senior Claims Specialist for Construction Risk Solutions, LLC. Paul’s primary responsibilities include assisting clients with the oversight and management of insurance claims. Prior to joining CRS, Paul served as a Special Projects Manager for Clark Construction Group, LLC, one of the nation’s largest commercial general contractors, where he was responsible for company-wide claims management and dispute resolution.
