Jim Davis, President + CEO, will continue to lead the company alongside firm principals Dennis Cotter and Bill Moyer. “These strategic promotions not only demonstrate commitment to our employees, but also makes us instrumental in continuing to provide the highest caliber of service to our clients,” stated Jim. “We are so fortunate to have such a strong and dedicated team of long-term DAVIS leaders.”
Executive Vice Presidents
Dominic Argentieri, Ben Cohen, and Ron Juban have each been named Executive Vice President. Dominic, Ben, and Ron collectively excel in providing a holistic, collaborative and detailed approach to the complex, large-scale projects they proactively manage. They lead by example and apply their expertise to build success for all at every stage of a project. They will continue to foster DAVIS’ core values and culture while driving the company onward and upward through their leadership, strategic vision, and in-depth skill sets.
Vice President
With 18+ years in Project Management and Operations including recent time in Preconstruction and Estimating at DAVIS, Jon Ellen has been promoted to Vice President. With his experience in managing extremely technical building projects, Jon excels at identifying materials and processes that add the most value to meet project goals. In his new role, Jon will continue to support the Interior Estimating + Preconstruction group as he transitions into his new role with Operations.
Director – Virtual Construction
Julien Bartolo has been named Director – Virtual Construction. With over 20 years of construction experience, Julien uses the latest technologies and tools to build with maximum efficiency and minimal risk. Using the latest BIM software and methodologies, Julien leads Operations teams in the coordination and installation of work – streamlining information, anticipating site coordination issues and determining project phasing.
