Meghan Callahan, LEED AP BD+C – Project Executive, Law Firms + Professional Services
Meghan serves as Project Executive with primary oversight of multiple operations teams within the interiors group. Working under Carl Hirrlinger, Senior Vice President of Interiors, Meghan is currently leading several projects including the recently awarded Hogan Lovells and Spiegel & McDiarmid. With over 15 years of experience exclusively in this market, Meghan has delivered many high profile projects for DAVIS such as the ATF Headquarters, The Woodward Building, CACI Federal, Holland & Knight, The American Bar Association, Transaction Network Systems, PATH Inc, and BAE Systems.
Meghan holds a Masters in Architecture, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, from Catholic University.
Jon Ellen – Project Executive, Technical + Commercial Interiors
Jon works under Carl Hirrlinger, Senior Vice President of Interiors, and currently leads multiple projects including a highly secure interior and exterior base building upgrade for a GSA mission-critical facility, and the recently awarded Marriott Lobby renovation. Having joined DAVIS 13 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, Jon continues to contribute a wide range of commercial, technical, and lab interiors construction expertise to the firm. His specific project management has resulted in the successful delivery of more than $148 million in signature projects such as ARINC, Legal & General America, Germantown Innovation Center, American College of Radiology, Verisign, TKC Communications, Bryan Cave, LLP, Discovery Communications Satellite Antenna Farm, Federal Bureau of Investigation, MedImmune Building 35, Patriot Yards, and Scitor Corporation.
Jon holds a Masters in Architecture, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, from Catholic University.
Greg Ghent, LEED AP BD+C – Project Executive, Building Renovation
Beginning his career with DAVIS 14 years ago as an intern, Greg works under Paul Athanas, Vice President of Building Renovation. He is currently leading several projects including 7900 Westpark, 1401 New York Avenue, and 2001 L Street. Greg’s expertise has helped to deliver over $590 million in some of our area’s most recognizable projects, such as Constitution Center, 1420 New York Avenue, NW, 1140 19th Street, NW, 185 Admiral Cochrane Drive, Ford Theatre Center for Education & Leadership, Columbia Center, Capital One Headquarters Campus + Garage, Bureau of Public Debt II, Potomac Center South Tower, VOB BMW, and Sirius XM Satellite Radio.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland.
Steve Hawryluk, FE / EIT – Project Executive, Office Building
Steve joined DAVIS nine years ago as a Project Manager, and has delivered over $305 million in signature projects such as Reston Station – Phase 1 Metro Garage, Cultural Mission Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, 1100 First Street, NE, Plaza East, Chevy Chase Center, and John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts Curtainwall and Garage. Steve works under Ron Juban, Vice President of Building Construction, and his current projects include Reston Residential, a 20-story residential building with retail space and parking garage at Reston Station.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. He presently serves on the CID Committee of DCBIA, and was Co-Chairman in 2011.
Dean Moissakis – Project Executive, Office Building
As Project Executive Dean continues to deliver his expertise in multiple market sectors. He works under Paul Athanas, Vice President of Building Renovation, on the completion of 2001 M Street, NW, and Ronald Juban, Vice President of Building Construction, on Monument View. Dean joined DAVIS in1999, and his expert project management has contributed to the successful completion of more than $300 million in projects such as C2 / CNT East Facility, 1155 F Street, NW, Dominion One at Jefferson Park, and National Wildlife Federation.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering & Management Division from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
John Pacitti – Project Executive, Office Building
John joined DAVIS 12 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, and works under Pranav Pandya, Vice President of Office Buildings. In his new role as Project Executive, John currently leads multiple projects including 900 G Street, NW and The Quarry. John’s expert project management has contributed to the construction of more than $268 million in notable projects such as National Cancer Institute, 2175 K Street, NW, Randolph Square, Capital Gallery, Fishers Place, and Heritage Foundation.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from State University of New York at Alfred.
Peter Ukstins, STS, LEED AP BD+C – Director of Integrated Construction
Peter joined DAVIS over 14 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager. His direct responsibilities as Director of Integrated Construction focus on all phases of quality management and sustainability – providing support across all operations teams in job start-up activities related to quality control and LEED.
Peter continues to be instrumental in successful project completion across all market sectors. His most recent projects include 5601 Fishers Lane, American College of Radiology, Defense Health Headquarters, Gaslight Square, Holland + Knight, Residences at Loudon Station, Monument View, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Nebraska Avenue Complex, Reston Station – Phase 1 Metro Garage, and US Department of Health & Human Services. Peter’s exacting standards and unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability continue to drive DAVIS’ Integrated Construction Group to provide additional value and expertise to our clients.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from University of New Hampshire.
Meghan Ulrich, LEED AP BD+C – Project Executive, Building Renovation
Beginning her career with DAVIS 15 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager, Meghan continues to impress her peers and clients alike in this market sector. She works under Michael Pittsman (Senior Vice President), Ron Juban (Vice President of Building Construction), and Paul Athanas (Vice President of Building Renovation). She is currently leading several marquee projects including Capital One Headquarters Infrastructure and Block B, Shops at Georgetown Park, and 3100 Clarendon Blvd. Meghan’s expertise has helped to deliver over $453 million in some of our area’s most recognizable projects, such as Constitution Center, 200 I Street, SE, Dominion One at Jefferson Park, George Mason University, Monument Corporate Center, and Gonzaga College High School.
Meghan holds a Masters of Architecture from Catholic University of America, a Certificate in Construction Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and a Bachelors of Art from Hamilton College. Her professional affiliations include CREW, AIA, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
