Karim Nagui, MBA, Associate Director, Washington, DC, has more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, where he worked at project sites, head office and executive office, and project types included: large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure. Karim's areas of expertise include: project controls, estimation, scheduling and change orders, contracts, and claims management. He holds an MBA and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He is fluent in Arabic.
Hatem Ibrahim, PhD, PE, Associate Director, Washington, DC, has over 10 years of experience in the construction and consulting industry. Hatem has a PhD in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, a MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and a BSc in Civil Engineering. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Professional Engineer (PE), and he is fluent in Arabic.
Christian Karwoth, Associate Director, Washington, DC, has more than 10 years of experience in the civil engineering and heavy construction industry. He has spent the majority of his career working on large industrial and infrastructure projects throughout Latin America. Christian has a Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and an Erasmus Semester of Civil Engineering. He is fluent in German and Spanish.
Ahmad Sediqzada, Senior Consultant, Washington, DC, has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a project manager and project scheduler for corporations and government agencies; developing schedules, estimating, and preparing reports such as metrics, dashboards, project life cycle milestones charts. Ahmad holds a BS in Architecture and is fluent in Persian, Hindi, and Urdu.
