Bethesda, MD – Construction has commenced on Brightview Bethesda, a 122,225 square foot high-rise retirement community off of Rugby Avenue.
Developed by The Shelter Group, the 8-story retirement community will include a mix of 113 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Hord Coplan Macht has designed the project to achieve LEED Gold with several amenity spaces that include multiple dining areas and activity rooms. The new community will also feature a roof top deck with views of DC.
Brightview Bethesda is scheduled to reach substantial completion in the spring of 2019.
