Washington, DC – Donohoe Construction breaks ground on The Glover House, formally the Holiday Inn and previous office space for The Donohoe Companies.
Developed by Glover Park Residential, LLC c/o JBG/DC Manager, LLC, The Glover House is a 250,000 SF multifamily project involving the complete renovation of a 7-story existing mid-70s-era hotel building and the new construction of a 4-story building with a combined total of 226 units. The project will also include new construction of a retail grocery building and approximately 90,000 SF of below-grade parking.
Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, The Glover House will feature amenity spaces such as a Café, rooftop pool & deck, whiskey room, fitness center, and a game room.
The completion date is projected to be spring of 2019.
