Chantilly, VA – ECS Chantilly Environmental Department announces the following promotions:
Demian Wincele, CPG has been promoted to the position of Principal of the firm. He was hired by ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC in 2011 with more than 12 years of professional environmental consulting experience. Mr. Wincele holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, and his areas of specialty include environmental site assessments, monitoring and remediation of Superfund sites, CERCLA Remedial Investigations, and hydrogeologic studies.
An employee of ECS for seven years, Rachael Rossmeissl-Stone has been promoted to Senior Environmental Project Manager. Her responsibilities include field investigations and managing field staff activities. Ms. Rossmeissl-Stone’s project experience includes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and conducting surveys for Asbestos, Lead-Based Paint, Radon, and Hazardous Materials.
