Designed by R2L Architects the 13-story 413,825 gross square foot brick, precast and gypsum fiber reinforced concrete mixed-use building located on Grand Park Ave, will not only provide housing, a fitness area, rooftop pool and other retail but will include 2 levels of below grade parking and 2 levels of retail use.
Pike and Rose Block 6, part of Phase II of this new authentic urban neighborhood in affluent Montgomery County, MD consists of 264 high-end apartments. Phase II continues the main street, Grand Park Ave, with a vibrant blend of retail, residential and a boutique lifestyle hotel that complements the unique mix of shops and entertainment venue in Phase I.
LEED Silver level certification is targeted with a projected completion date first quarter of 2018.
