Forrester Construction Company (FCC), a locally owned general contractor offering construction management, preconstruction, and design-build services, is pleased to announce that Mark Rolfs has been promoted to VP of Construction Operations. Mark joined the Forrester team in 2004 as an intern and has built a career at Forrester since.
Early in his career, Mark gained experience in preconstruction, estimating, and purchasing where he learned under the founder, Rick Forrester, before spending many years in Operations. His technical excellence, client service mentality, and disciplined approach help Forrester’s teams deliver projects that exceed expectations and leads to repeat clients like the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, Kensington Senior Living, Capitol Seniors Housing, NoMa Parks, and more. Many of Mark’s projects have earned industry awards and recognition, including multiple Associated Building and Contractor National Excellence in Construction Awards. Mark’s ability to foster relationships, communicate effectively, and work through complicated situations makes him an asset as a building partner and as a leader.
