Foulger-Pratt Companies broke ground on the final phase of Downtown Silver Spring. The low-rise amenity-rich community, to be named the Citron, will house 222 rental homes, including 31 affordable units. The contemporary interiors feature custom European- style cabinetry, dramatic 9-to-10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, and gourmet kitchen with islands. Residents will enjoy a resort-style pool and sundeck, a chic clubroom, heath club, cyber café, and outdoor fire pit. Foulger- Pratt is the developer, general contractor, and property manager of the Citron. The community brings Foulger-Pratt’s recently formed multi-family management division up to 2,700 units under residential management. Citron will begin pre-leasing in the fall of 2012.
