Potomac, MD – Robert Kelly has been named Senior Vice President of Asset Management for Foulger-Pratt. In this role, Mr. Kelly oversees a portfolio consisting of approximately 7 million SF, valued at approximately $1.9 Billion. In his role, Mr. Kelly will manage the development and execution of asset and portfolio-level strategies, focusing on property operations, including management and leasing, acquisitions, debt procurement, reporting, and budgeting.
Mr. Kelly more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience with the last decade spent in institutional real estate performing asset management responsibilities for companies such as The Carlyle Group, and Capital One.
Mr. Kelly began his real estate career on the debt side, performing loan originations, underwriting, loan workouts, and special servicing of commercial loans throughout the country. He has extensive workout, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO experience, which he then leveraged on the principal side supporting opportunistic real estate funds.
Mr. Kelly graduated from Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
