Washington, DC – WBC member Fox Rothschild is pleased to announce that Erin Frazee Masini was elevated to partner.
Erin represents clients that do business with the federal government and state governments, providing counsel on a full range of public procurement law matters as well as contract interpretation and disputes.
Formerly a lead procurement counsel with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Erin actively litigates before the Court of Federal Claims (COFC), the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the U.S. Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals (the ASBCA and CBCA), including bid protests, interventions, and appeals.
Erin also handles commercial litigation, licensing, investigations, corporate due diligence involving mergers and acquisitions, audits and compliance matters.
Beyond her work with Fox, Erin works with Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Public Contract Law.
