We’re pleased to announce that Federal Government Contracts & Procurement Partner Keeley McCarty has joined our Washington, DC, office.
Keeley represents businesses – including those in the defense, construction and health care industries – in a full range of government contracting matters. That includes bid protests and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other federal regulations, government investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) litigation as well as claim development, prosecution and defense.
An experienced litigator, Keeley practices before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, federal district courts, the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals as well as the Government Accountability Office. She also monitors changing procurement regulations and trends in FCA prosecutions to provide forward-looking advice on risk mitigation, compliance programs and training.
Health care industry clients rely on Keeley to navigate the unique challenges of selling to the federal government. She helps pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers negotiate the procurement process and provides advice on contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
