Fox Rothschild welcomes Rachel M. Severance to Federal Government Contracts Group. Rachel rejoins the firm as counsel in our Washington, DC office.
Her practice focuses on federal and state employment issues, including Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and wage and hour audits under the Davis Bacon Act and Service Contract Act, as well as federal ethics and compliance training. She also assists clients with federal bid protests, claims prosecution and defense and commercial litigation.
