Washington, DC – Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome Sara Falk as an associate in the Washington, DC office.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara was agency counsel at the U.S. Department of Education where she defended the Department in contract litigation matters and advised on a wide range of contractual issues under the Contracts Disputes Act and federal acquisition regulations.
Sara has broad federal agency experience that includes working for the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Justice, and was a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Whistleblower Protection.
