Washington, DC – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that GREGORY H. KOGER has been named a partner in our Washington, D.C., office.
Mr. Koger practices in the areas of construction law, government contracts and commercial litigation. He represents national and international clients, including owners, contractors and subcontractors, in disputes ranging from traditional two-party disputes to complex multi-party litigation before state and federal courts, boards of contract appeals, and in mediation and arbitration. Mr. Koger routinely advises clients in connection with contract negotiation and formation, project administration as well as regulatory and compliance matters.
Additionally, Mr. Koger is active in various industry groups and is an avid public speaker on a wide range of topics and issues concerning construction and government contracts. He has presented to numerous groups and industry professionals such as procurement and contracting officials with the United States Department of Agriculture, graduate students at The Johns Hopkins University School of Continuing Studies and members of the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
