FULTON, MD — ISEC, Inc. announces the promotion of Joni Rhea to Business Development Manager of its Mid-Atlantic Region. 
Mrs. Rhea has been with ISEC for 4 years holding positions in operations and sales, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. With her new position, Joni will be responsible for overseeing the contract and direct sales staff.
Also new to the Mid-Atlantic Region is Jonathan Moorley, a former management consultant with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bristol, United Kingdom. Jonathan will be responsible for contract sales within the Mid-Atlantic Region.
