Fulton, MD – ISEC, Inc. has named Matthew Moore to Preconstruction Services Manager for the Mid-Atlantic office of ISEC, Inc. 
Matt began his career with ISEC as an Project Engineer. He began learning the company’s vast scope offerings on some of the region’s largest projects in the territory such as Music City Center and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Eventually Matt transferred to the preconstruction side of the business where his role as a Senior Purchasing Agent allowed him to work on many complex projects. With his new position, Matt will oversee the preconstruction staff in the region, which includes ISEC’s Estimators and Purchasing Agents.
