Rockville, MD – Foulger-Pratt Management, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jim Crawford has joined the firm as a Property Manager responsible for managing the  firm’s Montgomery County portfolio. Mr. Crawford holds several professional certifications including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers, Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association; and is an active member of the Property Management Association. He also has real estate licenses in Maryland and Virginia.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Crawford was with the Chevy Chase Land Company, and has worked with Trimark Corporation, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, and Zuckerman Gravely over his twenty plus years in commercial property management. At Foulger-Pratt Management, his initial oversight responsibilities will include the Park Potomac Buildings G and E, Rockville Metro Plaza I and II and the University Town Center.
