Upper Marlboro, MD – John E. Kelly and Sons Electrical Construction, is announcing the recent retirement of Bill Sarver, who had been with Kelly Electric for 32 years. Bill Sarver started at Kelly Electric as the High Voltage Project Manager in 1982 and was promoted to Vice 
President of High Voltage in 2000. Kelly Electric wishes Bill the very best for his retirement years and are very thankful for the many years of dedicated service he provided. Terry Crouse will be taking over Bill’s duties in the Medium/High Voltage Division. Clint Perdue has recently become a Project Manager in Medium/High Voltage that is taking on much of the estimating/bidding in this department.
