Bethesda, MD – Hilton Homewood Suites Arlington Rosslyn Key Bridge, designed by Gordon and Greenberg, has achieved LEED Gold Certification. Sustainable highlights include its close proximity to public transportation, bike storage, and water efficient landscaping.

Developed by B.F. Saul, the 11-story building features 168 extended stay suites and world class amenities including an indoor pool, outdoor fire pit and grill space, and a fitness center. The hotel broke ground in summer of 2016 and celebrated its Grand Opening in April of this year.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was developed by the US Green Building Council to promote sustainable construction practices and amenities. Buildings that achieve LEED certification are less costly to operate and reduce negative environmental impacts. LEED Gold is the second highest level of certification.
