Rockville, MD ˗ Grunley Construction Company, Inc., a large general contractor, is pleased to announce that Mark D. Laudo, AIA, has joined the company as Director of Preconstruction Services. In this role, Mark will manage all design-build and design-assist projects, both pre- and post-award; participate in the design development process; perform conceptual estimating services; and coordinate with the project owners and designers to meet the needs of individual projects.
Mark has 28 years of progressive experience in the construction industry ranging from Project Architect to Construction Executive for a local general contractor. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations for Brothers Concrete and BakerDC, LLC – a subsidiary of Baker Concrete.
Mark is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He is also a registered architect in the State of Virginia.
