Washington, DC – WCS Construction, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Christopher as Chief Financial Officer to the company.
Mike will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting and financial reporting. He spent 8 years in public accounting working within construction industry groups. Prior to coming on board he previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at one of the area’s largest utility contractors.
With a direct and hands on approach he will assist upper management and project management teams in streamlining as well as improving processes and work flows to increase efficiencies ultimately allowing the company to be more competitive.
A graduate from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a minor in Construction Management. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Construction Financial Management Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for the ABC Chesapeake Shores chapter.
