Location: Washington, D.C.
Project Description: This 10-story, 267-unit mixed-use community, located in the Capitol Riverfront district, includes residential, office, retail and restaurant space and the award-winning waterfront Yards Park, all within walking distance of Capitol Hill and the Washington Nationals ballpark. The project consists of three towers over a shared garage.
