The 13,000 SF interior renovation of the open floor office space took nine weeks to complete and offers sweeping views of the Potomac River and Washington, DC.
The large flexible-use space features white-board walls, collaborative work areas and private meeting spaces. The multi-purpose room opens up to the main office space by a moveable garage door partition and can be converted for large seminars, events and trainings. Finishes to the space include open ceilings with strip light fixtures, glass, millwork, stained concrete floors, and a custom mural in the multi-tenant corridor.
Crystal Tech Fund invests up to $1m in high-growth, tech-based companies that have achieved significant traction and revenue.
