SIGAL Construction Corporation is expanding the 1st floor retail arcade space at 1101 15th Street, NW for building owner TF Cornerstone. Under the Fox Architects design the storefront expansion will include new glass, a new canopy, stainless steel eyebrow and repair and recoating to the precast exterior providing the building with a new modern look and feel.
Renovations are already underway with final delivery set for summer 2012.
