Bethesda, MD – Donohoe Construction project, The Glover House, celebrated its “Topping Out” on Friday, April 27th. The JBG Smith development at 2101 Wisconsin Avenue includes the renovation of an existing 8-story hotel to a mixed-use building that will contain two stories of retail below a five stories of apartments. The new construction will also include three levels of below grade parking.
Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the new multifamily building in Glover Park will feature 226 units as well as 90,000 SF of below grade parking. Amenities include a café, rooftop pool and deck, whiskey room, fitness center, and game room. The Glover House will also have a retail grocery building for the surrounding community and future residents’ convenience.
The Glover House is targeting substantial completion in spring of 2019.
