Chevy Chase, MD – Donohoe Construction Company hosted a “Topping Out” celebration earlier today for The Lindley, an 11-story, luxury apartment building at Chevy Chase Lake.
Developed by EYA and The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, the 227,000 square foot building will consist of 200 residential units and 3 levels of below grade parking. The Architect, Design Collective, incorporated an abundance of amenity spaces including a living room, a club room, a conference room, a coffee area, a fitness center with a yoga room, a library, and a children’s play area. The resort-inspired rooftop space will feature grilling stations, lounge seating, a bocce court, and dining space.
The project is targeting LEED Silver Certification and is expected to reach substantial completion in December 2018.
